Chase D Fonteno, a Real Estate Investing Expert and consummate Speaker & Lecturer on Real Estate Wealth has been investing in Real Estate and Business Development for over 20 years. Buying his first Real Estate investment at 17, buying a run down house in South Houston on an advertisement to "Paint for the Down Payment", fixing it up and renting it out within a week and then selling it for over three times what he paid for it - he never looked back.

Unlike many 'get rich quick' late night advertisements - Chase focuses on seriously distressed multi-family and single-family properties, predominately in low income areas, and buys distressed homes cheap to resell to 'homeowners' on owner financed mortgages with little down (fix it yourself) to convert the cycle of 'lifetime' rent that depresses the low income neighborhoods, into 'Pride of Ownership' type neighborhoods.
